The Melange Series 8 glass sculpture in bronze color is comprised of two glass forms. Finding inspiration from the sculptor Henry Moore, the soft outlines define the communication between the forms… A quiet sophistication emerges from this hand blown glass series. The translucent quality is achieved by sandblasting the surface of the glass forms.

The graceful sweep of the Avelino in cinnamon evokes many figurative interpretations from this contemporary glass sculpture. This horizontally placed glass form has a small element of opaque cinnamon glass color in the bottom curve. This sculpture has been cold worked and sandblasted creating the translucent effect. A custom made metal stand is included.

The Trans Bolinas in cerulean blue evokes a figurative landscape with its horizontal orientation. Transparent blue and opaque lapis blue are combined to form a contrast within the hand blown glass. This art glass sculpture has polished and sandblasted to create the translucent look. $2950.
